Electronic Offering

Victoria Chinese Alliance Church now accepts offering electronically via INTERAC e-transfer. Please follow the instructions below. Contact the church office if you have questions.

Step 1

Login online or via mobile banking at your participating financial institution and choose Interac e-Transfer.

Step 2

Set up a new contact and add: VicCAC (Victoria Chinese Alliance Church)

Enter email： offerings@victoriacac.ca

Neither a security question nor a password is required as our bank account has enabled auto deposit for the e-transfer.

Step 3

Confirm VicCAC contact has been added to your e-transfer list. You are now ready to send offering electronically to Victoria Chinese Alliance Church.

Step 4

Enter the total amount you wish to give.

Step 5

Edit the Message Box. Please include the following: your email address, your offering envelope number (for church members), your full name if you wish to receive a tax receipt, specific designation, amount, and the total amount.

GF – General Fund

TG – Thanksgiving

BF – Building Fund

GA – Global Advance

HM – Home Mission

AM – Ambrose

SS – Seminarian Support

Others: need to specify what the offering is designated for

Example: Mr. Chan wishes to give $200 with $100 designated to General Offering and $100 for Global Advance Fund. His offering envelope number is 0922 and his email address is abc@gmail.com. He would enter the following to the Message Box： abc@gmail.com, 0922, Tai Man Chan, GF:100, GA:100, Total: 200

Step 6

Ensure that the information entered in the Recipient section and Message Box is accurate. Then, press the “Next” button to finish the process. Ensure the Recipient email is offerings@victoriacac.ca

Please note that

Undesignated funds will be added to VicCAC General Fund

For security reasons, some of the banks may require additional set up for auto deposit transfer. You may need to adjust your setting in your bank account.

If you have reached the maximum limit of characters, you can give in multiple transactions as some institutions limit message box characters.
